30 music scholars just got graduated from MTN Foundation and MUSON

An aggregate of 30 artistes moved on from MUSON School of Music in Lagos on Saturday following a two-year grant granted by MTN Foundation. The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the virtual function, held at Shell Hall of MUSON focus, was gone to basically by loved ones as per COVID-19 conventions.

Mr Dennis Okoro, Director MTN Foundation, while introducing the graduands, communicated gratefulness to the graduands for being a piece of the program.

"In the interest of the MTN family, I thank all of you for entrusting us with your blessing through this program. "We are regarded to be a piece of your example of overcoming adversity and anticipate the extraordinary things you will accomplish.

 'The MTN Foundation has affected understudies through different activities including the MTN Science and Technology Scholarship Scheme (MTN STSS) and the MTN Scholarship Scheme for Blind Students," Okoro said. Banke Ademola, Director, MUSON School of Music, expressed gratitude toward the Foundation for the chance and grant given to the understudies to feature their different abilities particularly in music.

"We express gratitude toward MTN Foundation for the brilliant chance and grant given to the understudies; all the more thus, the courageous help at checking by the staff of MTN. 

"Encompassing the graduation service of our understudies, despite the fact that it is diverse this year with the COVID-19 pandemic, we despite everything had fabulous introductions both in live stream and practically," she said. NAN reports that more than 300 understudies have profited by the MTN/MUSON grant plot since its introduction in 2006. NAN
