The new rising arewa rapper “DIVADIII” formally known as Daibat Tijjani Abubakar was born on the 16th of April,1994. She was born in Yola town and hails from Michika Adamawa state. She left Yola since she was 5 and has since been based in Abuja. She is a law graduate of Baze University, Abuja. She started her music career a year ago and has since then released two videos and 4 singles. Her first single “CHASU” has been topping the northern charts along with her second video “KWADO”. She is releasing her next body of work titled “SHUTDOWN” on the 15th of June and it’s a mix of the old school hiphop and grime, a different vibe with the use of the Hausa language. So far she has performed on prestigious stages like the Davido Concert, Wizkid Concert, Faze & Friends Concert, Jamrock, Carribbean Concert etc. She has been one consistent artist and her energy is unmatched, can’t wait to see her at the top.
